Victor Amaya
Victor A. Amaya, CPA, (Victor) earned a Bachelor’s of Science and Master’s of Accountancy from Colorado State University. He is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant by the State of Colorado, and is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Victor’s client focus are brick and mortar retailers, online retailers, general contractors and subcontractors. He aids his clients in understanding their business by optimizing their accounting system to help in the decision making process.
Victor has experience in both local and national accounting firms, including PricewaterhouseCoopers. While at PwC, Victor served as the Chair of the Diversity Recruiting Committee and is an active board member of YouthBiz, a non-profit that helps Denver’s diverse youth. Victor is fluent in Spanish.

Jimme Lyn Gregg
Jimme Lyn Gregg, CPA earned a Business Administration degree from Western State College, Gunnison, CO. She has been a Certified Public Accountant for 9 years. She owned her own business prior her CPA experience. She has public accounting experience in small business, investment partnerships as well as trust accounting. Her office is based in Frederick CO to give ClearPath a northern Colorado presence. She is a member of both the AICPA and CSCPA.

Sara Williams
Sara is a born and raised citizen of Colorado working as para-professional while pursuing her degree in accounting.
As an employee since 2005 she has won the hearts of many of our clients while providing the ultimate in quality accounting and customer service. In 2010 began her first year as a telecommuter, benefiting from the cloud based technology ClearPath offers.
After meeting her husband she has taken up sporting clay shooting, skeet and trap. She enjoys four-wheeling, camping, horses and being by the lake. Family is an important part of her life, in 2009 they welcomed their son Ryder.

Laura Fredrickson
Laura Fredrickson is an administrative assistant. Laura’s duties include but are not limited to, assisting in internal bookkeeping for the firm as well as clients and digital dispatching of information to the appropriate people. She is currently attending classes for a degree in Accounting.
Laura has lived in Colorado for about 10 years. She is married with a beautiful three year old daughter named Kayli. She enjoys being outdoors, camping and boating.

Lidiya Nazarenko
Lidiya Nazarenko graduated from University of Colorado Denver with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, with a major in accounting and minor in psychology.
Lidiya will be supporting the CPAs in individual tax preparation, as well as providing other staff duties. Lidiya is fluent in Russian. Lidiya enjoys spending time with her dog, and enjoys playing tennis.
