Accountants do have a life during tax season….

Print…How about the good fortune of having your season tickets pulled in the lottery for SUPER BOWL 50!!

Ralph Shinn, partner with our firm is a die-hard Broncos fan and has been since his early days growing up in southern Colorado. A native of Colorado, he has seen the team’s ups and downs over the last 40+ years.

After the Broncos’ huge disappointment two years ago and their defeat in SB XLVIII, this loyal fan continued to support his team, attend most of the games, and tailgate with other fans and clients/friends. During the 2015 season the games in Denver were nail biters and many of them in near frigid conditions; but he was there screaming and cheering on his beloved Broncos!

Imagine the thrill of getting tickets to go to the BIG GAME! Ralph’s response? “Yes! I will go….after all this opportunity comes along maybe once in a lifetime?? Besides, we are a team at ClearPath. My team will help me during my absence while I get the chance to go cheer for Colorado’s team!”

Three other lucky and loyal individuals traveled to San Francisco February 4-9 and experienced the NFL like never before. The highlights were….

  • NFL Radio row on Friday…got flags through security and were interviewed by 5 different TV and social media outlets. Did you see them, Bronco fans??
  • Entertained by the Broncos cheerleaders Thursday night
  • Went to Big Al’s (104.3 FM the fan radio) party at Mayes Oyster Shack and rubbed elbows with former players, took group photos, got autographs on memorabilia and rocked to Thunder Struck (AC/DC)!
  • Visited SUPER BOWL city at the Embarcadero and took part in the NFL experience
  • Tailgated before the game near the stadium
  • Went to the Broncos post-game party even though their name wasn’t on the list. Still, they were permitted to watch for awhile.
  • Visited Oakland Coliseum on Monday, the day after SB 50 and sat in the stands with their Bronco flags…needed to pay homage to our AFC brethren.Well, now Ralph is back! Business is rolling at the firm, but Ralph admits, “I had an experience and memories to last a lifetime and Accountants do have a life this time of year. GO BRONCOS and GO ClearPath Accountants!”
